[routine help] Washing face with dirty water effecting my face?

We have below ground water tanks at my house and recently it flooded and they got some dirty water in them (nothing to worry about septic wise I live on a mountain). It’s since cleared up and all the dirt seems to have settled to the bottom and is mostly clear but I doubt the bacteria has gone anywhere. Would the bacteria in the water effect my skin when I wash my face or do the bacteria not want to f with my skin and prefer dirt.

P.s. my mum is just really lazy in getting the dirt and mud pumped out since it’s happened 2 times this year already

We moved out to Suffolk County from Nassau County and I'm getting familiar with the needs of maintaining our septic system. UK Property Law questions

Please could a UK Property Lawyer/Solicitor advise on what I need to ask for. We’ve got a septic tank in a property that we are buying that is jointly used and maintained by 2 neighbours as per their own conveyance. The seller whom we are buying from has lost the conveyance that proves we have any right to use the septic tank, even though it’s on our land. Our solicitor says they aren’t experts in this area but at present it shows that we would have no right to use this septic tank, it’s plumbing, and therefore when it comes to replacing it (which is required immediately due to non-compliance) we wouldn’t be allowed to touch it. Our solicitors advise we need to find another solicitors who is knowledgeable in this area and can create a “deed of grant” to allow us to use it - but I cannot find any solicitors on Google in the UK that provide these services.
