Please help me!!

I have OCD and need to take really long showers. Like and hour and a half to 2 hours long. But I only do it about once every 3 days. I’ve been living at my relatives place for 3 months and they’re claiming that I caused the septic tank to fill and back up because of my showers. Is this a load of bs or? Apparently the pipes have been shit since they bought the place and have been living here for about a year
