Landlord not returning last week and security

I am located in Florida and was a weekly tenant.

Two weeks ago on Tuesday (7/26) my landlord accused me of breaking her septic tank and asked me to leave by Friday (7/29) of that week. By law she is required to give me a week notice but that is beyond the matter.

When I first moved in I paid first, last and security.

I moved out exactly one week from her request (moved out 8/2).

She is refusing to give me back my last week and security saying I had to give her a two week notice to move out. (So she is saying I still have to pay for 8/2 - 8/9 despite her asking me to leave ASAP)

Is small claims my only recourse? Thank you

We moved out to Suffolk County from Nassau County and I'm getting familiar with the needs of maintaining our septic system. UK Property Law questions

Please could a UK Property Lawyer/Solicitor advise on what I need to ask for. We’ve got a septic tank in a property that we are buying that is jointly used and maintained by 2 neighbours as per their own conveyance. The seller whom we are buying from has lost the conveyance that proves we have any right to use the septic tank, even though it’s on our land. Our solicitor says they aren’t experts in this area but at present it shows that we would have no right to use this septic tank, it’s plumbing, and therefore when it comes to replacing it (which is required immediately due to non-compliance) we wouldn’t be allowed to touch it. Our solicitors advise we need to find another solicitors who is knowledgeable in this area and can create a “deed of grant” to allow us to use it - but I cannot find any solicitors on Google in the UK that provide these services.
