[F4A] Pain, Degradation & Filth in a Sex-Positive Corporate Utopia

I've written a DPP before looking for a Corporate Dystopia which was wonderfully popular. But what would an idealised kinky workplace look like?

I'm imagining a slightly more debauched and sexually open kind of world today - and I want to dive into it in what is normally one of the biggest taboos for sexual activity: the workplace. Harder kinks are more accepted, and casual vanilla sex is barely even taboo, at least around here.

While the dystopian version of this might look like Wolf of Wall Street or Black Mirror, with enforced humiliation and constant degradation of the employees, the corporate utopia is much more consensual. Think The Secretary, sure, but also every corporate training video you have ever seen. Think, even, Star Trek. This is an aspirational workplace environment where people tend to think the best of each other, embody a growth mindset and genuinely care about one another's career and development.

What if, this kind of office environment were not sterile and sexless, but rather sex-positive? In this world, sexual harassment and exploitation has given way to sexual acceptance and general understanding of consent as well as physical and emotional safety. Having sex with your manager is common not because managers are exploitative egomaniacs, but because the managers are so good at engendering feelings of trust and safety in their direct reports.

Of course perhaps this company in particular is going above and beyond - it has a reputation for its kink-friendly corporate culture and though it does not discriminate against squares in its hiring, it naturally becomes an attractive place to work for those who come into the office, eager to learn and grow in their careers but also their sexual experiences, with mentorship from their peers.

Sure, there is normally at least one gangbang happening on the office floor at lunchtime. Your project manager hasn't worn a shred of clothing for the past five years. Some of your co-workers openly use office-chairs with built-in fucking machines. The cafeteria has its own septic tank you can contribute to for employees with special dietary requirements. The VP of Sales has had 'Painal Slut' tattooed across her face by a client. And the CEO has recently had the last of their limbs amputated, both so that they could better test the accessibility features on our products, and so that they could be a better fuckpillow for the company.

But it is all consensual, negotiated and, ultimately, just good fun.

There are a variety of scenarios that we could explore, for example:

• My character is a fresh intern, excited to have made the cut. She insists on showing her new boss what she is capable of, and they discuss her ambitions as a submissive. Seeing the depths of masochism that some of the senior staff display on a daily basis, she is mentored by the heads of various departments on how to better open herself up to the hardest of kinks.
• My character is your boss and you have a kink you've never been able to explore as far as you like. When having a casual conversation about your sex life during a one-to-one, she is intrigued your fetishes and dismayed that you have not had an opportunity to grow into the kind of dominant that you would like to be - so she volunteers to explore your fantasies with you.
• A new but senior hire from outside the corporate culture, who had been a little shocked at first, starts to find herself interested in also exploring this side of herself. Perhaps you are a close colleague whom she asks for help?

To be clear, what this is absolutely not is a free-use scenario. Consent is bread-and-butter here, with discussions and negotiations of consent as much part of the action as the action itself. The environment would also be fully LGBTQIA+ friendly, with all sexual orientations being catered to, both maledom and femdom and nonbinary dom happening extensively in this company - it is fundamentally non-misogynist - it's just that we would be focusing on female submission in this particular scenario.

There is scope I think for both intimate one-on-one scenes, or for a GM to do a lot of world-building, I am open to both! Also worth noting that while I am largely looking for dominant writing partner for this, I would be happy to play the top with other women in this scenario too.

Limits: I do not wish to become pregnant, I don't want to be drugged, I don't want to wear diapers and I don't want to get implants. I also dislike first-person writing (second or third person preferred).

Fave Kinks: Unlubricated anal destruction, degrading tattoos, piercings and brands being applied to my body, being made to swallow piss and shit, eating ass, foot worship, sexual torture and even straight up mutilation, like having my clit or nipples cut off as trophies or to deprive me of sexual pleasure.

Toiletplay is much more of a must-have for me than gore. The better you are as a writer, the less extreme you need to be to catch my interest, though I do generally want partners who are at least comfortable with some scat play.

I write 2nd person present tense (think, D&D DM):

V grabs you by the collar and pulls you down so that she can gently bite into your chin while she looks up at you.

But happy to write 3rd person. Don't mind what my partner writes as long as it is not in 1st person. I tend to prefer Discord play, but can also do Chat at a push. At this moment while I'm happy to do introductions of over Reddit Messages, I find the system far too painful to entertain the possibility of a real RP through it.

Details are negotiable and most of all, I'd like to find someone who can write well, who can evoke vividly perverse, erotic imagery in their prose, and wishes for a partner who can do the same. I am very much a quality over quantity girl - low-effort replies will be ignored. I don't expect paragraphs of text from you just to say 'hi', but at least show me you know how to use punctuation.
