drains backing up

I'm a new homeowner, just moved in 4 days ago. My waste water is ran to a septic tank. Yesterday the shower in the masterbath started draining very slowly. Today, the toilet in the master was flushed and waste came up in the shower.

I don't know if there is just a clog in the drain? I tried taking a drum snake to the toilet and shower but I couldn't get it far enough without the auger winding up on itself.

I noticed that the kitchen sink across the house if left running would also cause water to slowly start coming up the shower drain as well.

I don't know when the septic system was last serviced. The previous homeowner had passed, and the company that serviced the house in the past was bought out and strangely the records weren't kept for the old business? On top of that every single septic company I asked to do an inspection told me they would only inspect the system after pumping the tank which when I was under contract was a stupid idea since I wasn't sure if I was even going to close on the house.
