Alternative Septic Systems

Any good resources or vendors that provide alternative septic systems? I have a traditional system with leach field at the moment but during rainy/snow seasons the water table gets so high the field is not productive. The field is upstream from the tanks so when the water table gets too high the excess drains back into the tank creating a hydraulic situation. I plan to relocate the treatment system down stream from the tanks but I’m also in an environmentally sensitive area (lake and near protected lands). I’m in the NE if that helps.

FWIW I’ve already reached out to a few engineers but no responses as of yet.
