AITA for not wanting my sister to put shitty toilet paper in the trash?

Pretty much the title, my (26f) sister (40s) has decided to save the septic tank, although there’s nothing currently wrong with it and I understand wanting to since there’s more people in our house than usual now, but the way she’s doing it is to tell her family to put the used toilet paper in the garbage.

I’m pregnant and the sight of it makes me throw up, I’ve asked her to at least get a grocery bag and put it in there so it’s not just face up in the garbage. It’s really nasty and unsanitary to me. I’ve asked her several times and each day I’m greeted by this shit, literally.
I think I could be the asshole bc she’s trying to make it easier on the septic tank, I just think there could be a less nasty way.

AITA for asking her to stop or at least put it in a bag first?

We moved out to Suffolk County from Nassau County and I'm getting familiar with the needs of maintaining our septic system. UK Property Law questions

Please could a UK Property Lawyer/Solicitor advise on what I need to ask for. We’ve got a septic tank in a property that we are buying that is jointly used and maintained by 2 neighbours as per their own conveyance. The seller whom we are buying from has lost the conveyance that proves we have any right to use the septic tank, even though it’s on our land. Our solicitor says they aren’t experts in this area but at present it shows that we would have no right to use this septic tank, it’s plumbing, and therefore when it comes to replacing it (which is required immediately due to non-compliance) we wouldn’t be allowed to touch it. Our solicitors advise we need to find another solicitors who is knowledgeable in this area and can create a “deed of grant” to allow us to use it - but I cannot find any solicitors on Google in the UK that provide these services.
