-I absolutly didn't appreciate the time when Scou was on stream to present the 1.1 patch update of Menma's TERA and Kygas & his friend spamming the chat with some "where is valk tank", and more, implied tera-europe is better or something like that, feeling guys just was drooling about the number of viewer (350)

-I dont think send a message from parcel post to every player with using probably some hack was a good way to promote their server, and i can't belive inside the team one of them worked from the past into the retail dev team.

I'm totally agree with Anti-Septic, he said "let the merits of what you are doing, speak for itself the old fashion way. People will learn by natural word of mouth where what is positive, does not come across as contrived. " yes please stop spam the community, Tera Asura have more playerbase with less noise

Around 104 263 chars created (if we trust Moongourd) with a lot of playtime, you really think people going to leave again to start from zero again in another pserver ? me not.

Cant imagine a pserver with huge player without be supported by Moongourd

-More Pserver = less players online = community splited

The Tera community playerbase is small and brittle, if i count every online peak player from every pserver, we look like around 1.5k regular player.

And its because we still under "pserver hype phase", lets talk again in 1year :)

if you want to wait 5h to make a party and run any dungeon, your on the good way buddy !

In my mind, you should help/support/sustain Menma, well what i said? WE MUST ALL HELP HIM

You should share your work and you idea, in public or to Menma, Menma need to be more huge, he should be the only one internationnal pserver,

And for that we need contributor, we need good devs who love tera and dont make pserver like a size d*ck competition

UK Property Law questions

Please could a UK Property Lawyer/Solicitor advise on what I need to ask for. We’ve got a septic tank in a property that we are buying that is jointly used and maintained by 2 neighbours as per their own conveyance. The seller whom we are buying from has lost the conveyance that proves we have any right to use the septic tank, even though it’s on our land. Our solicitor says they aren’t experts in this area but at present it shows that we would have no right to use this septic tank, it’s plumbing, and therefore when it comes to replacing it (which is required immediately due to non-compliance) we wouldn’t be allowed to touch it. Our solicitors advise we need to find another solicitors who is knowledgeable in this area and can create a “deed of grant” to allow us to use it - but I cannot find any solicitors on Google in the UK that provide these services.
