Walking away from a deal

So we did the inspection, still waiting on the appraisal to come back. The inspector found a bunch of wiring issues. None of the outlets in the kitchen above the counter work and it's showing the hot and ground switched. The septic tank was inspected and it's original to the 1920s with a sand bottom, which was empty, so that tells us that sewage literally just soaks into the sand. They said it'll end up needed to be replaced soon which was quoted at over 8k. Also the well pump is pretty old and will eventually need replacement as well. We were willing to deal with everything for a 10k credit. Well, the seller is unwilling to budge. Even though they bought the property in 2020 for 134k and accepted our offer at 201k. They aren't willing to go down to 191k so I have made the decision to walk (accompanied by the fact that they stopped all upkeep on the property since our offer, there's still junk everywhere all over the property).

I can't help but feel extreme disappointment over everything. I really thought this was gonna be the one and I had so many ideas. Please tell me I'm doing the right thing by walking away. 😭
