New toilets = recurring clogs (septic tank)

Hello, hoping to solicit some advice.

We recently renovated 2 bathrooms in our 1957 home and replaced some old-looking monster toilets with modern regular 1.6 gpf toilets. The problem is that now we're having recurring clogs in both toilets. Also the toilets bubble when we drain the tub and the shower backs up for a bit then clears eventually, etc. Classic clog stuff.

We had a plumber come out to unclog us and he said there was a buildup of solids lying at the bottom of one of the horizontal pipe runs in our crawlspace. We were re-clogged the next morning. My theory (and one that was kind of validated by a plumber) is that since there's less flushing pressure bc of the modern toilets, the solids aren't being cleared from some of the horizontal runs. What does r/plumbing think? Am I off base here? We never had clogs with the previous toilets.

If that is the case, it seems like we'd need the plumbing to be reengineered. Can any (good) plumber do this or should I look for a specialist? Any advice for what I should Google to find someone suitable?

TIA
