Does the high level alarm shut off after alarm float is no longer "triggering"?

I had a new system install just over a month ago. The high level alarm went off in the lift station today. I silenced the alarm then opened access portal. Saw this which doesnt look like its high. Im assuming the black float is the alarm float?

Also, is it normal for the alarm to stop when the alarm float drops? In other words if the alarm triggers right before the sump turns on, will it stop alarming on its own?

Im wondering if the sump float got stuck under the septic tank discharge tube. I moved it to the other side of the center PVC pipe in hopes of eliminating that potential issue. Just trying to figure how to deal with this going forward.

UK Property Law questions

Please could a UK Property Lawyer/Solicitor advise on what I need to ask for. We’ve got a septic tank in a property that we are buying that is jointly used and maintained by 2 neighbours as per their own conveyance. The seller whom we are buying from has lost the conveyance that proves we have any right to use the septic tank, even though it’s on our land. Our solicitor says they aren’t experts in this area but at present it shows that we would have no right to use this septic tank, it’s plumbing, and therefore when it comes to replacing it (which is required immediately due to non-compliance) we wouldn’t be allowed to touch it. Our solicitors advise we need to find another solicitors who is knowledgeable in this area and can create a “deed of grant” to allow us to use it - but I cannot find any solicitors on Google in the UK that provide these services.
