Chipper/shredder for wild rose?

Hi everyone, just got a new place with a big yard and there’s tons of invasive wild rose and grape vine. We’ve been clearing it and digging up the roots and have amassed quite a large brush pile!

Thinking of getting (buying or renting) a chipper or a chipper/shredder and looking for recs on specific brands/types and general advice.

Specific questions and considerations : (1) will dried chipped/shredder wild rose be able to re-root if I spread the chips along a pathway in the woods? (2) from what I’ve read a chipper shredder is actually better for small diameter brush as compared to a full size chipper- anyone disagree? (3) we have a buried septic tank in the yard in the general vicinity of the brush pile and this leads me to believe it would not be wise to rent the 5,000 pound chipper I saw and drive it over the lawn-correct or overly cautious? ( we could park it in the driveway but we’d have to haul the brush a fair distance to bring it to the chipper). (4) will shredded/chipped rose still be too prickly to use as pathway mulch - ie will the thorns stick to your shoes when you step on it?

UK Property Law questions

Please could a UK Property Lawyer/Solicitor advise on what I need to ask for. We’ve got a septic tank in a property that we are buying that is jointly used and maintained by 2 neighbours as per their own conveyance. The seller whom we are buying from has lost the conveyance that proves we have any right to use the septic tank, even though it’s on our land. Our solicitor says they aren’t experts in this area but at present it shows that we would have no right to use this septic tank, it’s plumbing, and therefore when it comes to replacing it (which is required immediately due to non-compliance) we wouldn’t be allowed to touch it. Our solicitors advise we need to find another solicitors who is knowledgeable in this area and can create a “deed of grant” to allow us to use it - but I cannot find any solicitors on Google in the UK that provide these services.
